Our Executive Chef - Fred Stoffel
Fred is a life long resident of Massachusetts and a 20 year resident of Cape Cod. Fred was trained at the Culinary Institute in Hyde Park , New York and has been a Chef with several of the finest Restaurants on the Mid Cape over these past 20 years; L'Alouette, The Nauset Beach Club and most recently with the Brewster Fish House Restaurant.
