• Coordinating itinerary and providing vendor recommendation’s

• Providing all equipment necessary for the preparation and presentation of your meal (ovens, grills, chafers, coffee urns, etc.)

• Equipment includes ovens, grills, chafers, coffee urns, casual metal flatware and any disposable products you wish to incorporate into the service of your meal.

• Coordination of rentals; rinsing and racking of rentals

• Setting up of all guest and auxiliary tables

• Coordination of beverage service and pouring of champagne for a toast where applicable

• Cutting of wedding cake 

• Removal of all trash
