Overview

The Dennis Inn prides itself on providing couples an opportunity to enjoy complete use of the Inn as we only host one wedding each day. This allows you to customize your special day with unlimited access to the Inn and all of the grounds.

The Inn accommodates 100 guests for indoor functions and up to 250 guests outdoors with a grand tent on our expansive grounds.

The Inn can host up to eight guests in a beautiful suite of rooms on the second floor. This bridal suite consists of three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, one powder room and a kitchen & entertainment room. The Inn’s luxurious in-ground pool and expansive back yard is a perfect setting for entertaining the day before the wedding or for hosting a farewell brunch the day after the wedding.

Standard Package

$3,000 Venue Fee

  • A five hour reception starting at 5:30pm or earlier

  • A menu chosen from the wedding menu selections

  • All tables, chairs, linens and china service.

  • All staffing, bartending and cake cutting

  • Menu packages start at $115 per person

    *On site ceremonies can be added for an additional $500

Deluxe Package

$4,500 Venue Fee

  • Everything in the Standard Package

  • Use of the entire Inn from Friday, 2:00pm - Sunday, 10:00am

  • Stay in the Inn’s Bridal Suite (3 bedrooms, full kitchen, 2.5 baths) for both Friday and Saturday nights

  • Use of the Inn for a Friday night rehearsal dinner

*The Dennis Inn requires a guest minimum of 100 people for a Friday or Saturday reception, May-October.

Additional Costs

*Site Fees are all inclusive except for Tenting, which includes perimeter string lighting & sidewalls.

  • For guest counts less than 100, the patio tenting cost is approximately $1,500

  • For guest counts of 100-150 the front lawn tenting cost is approximately $4,750

  • For guest counts over 150 the front lawn tent cost is approximately $5,500

  • We offer several Bar Options, including on Consumption, Fixed Price & Dollar Limited Options

  • A champagne toast is $3.25 per person and wine poured at the table is $24 per bottle opened

  • A five hour open bar averages approximately $42.00 per person
